The protection of health by giving advice for a sustainable way of doing sports and lifestyle is one of the two core elements of the 4vita vision. Therefore we want to bring in experts and for TriStar111 Monaco we are glad to continue our long- term partnership with coaching specialists from WTS.

You can benefit from various services offered to you:

• A free test of physical fitness with the help of a coach from WTS. Also measurement of body composition (weight, height, body fat ...) and tone heart tests are offered.

• If you had problems during the race or did not feel comfortable you can have a free analysis after the race with a coach from WTS to understand the reasons and get recommendations for future races and preparation.

• A 45min training and nutrition seminar on Saturday, 4th of September (11h30) giving you information and advices on nutrition and preparation for a race, also lining up Triathlon World Champion Chris McCormack. Every athlete and visitor of the Star&Co Expo is invited to attend.

Moreover WTS is advising the race organizers in the positioning, set up and product planning for all the Energy Stations and Relaxing Zone according to latest state of science.
