4vita is an association which gives outdoor event organisers the possibility to make their events respectful for our nature and well being.

The 4vita Association develops and manages all activities in your event related to sustainability and unites them under the umbrella of the 4vita program.

All internal and external resources are united and coordinated by us to ensure a global concept. 4vita will be on site, co-ordinate and manage all aspects of the program. We get the human resources and equipment needed for the project to function.

We identify and integrate local and global partners (institutions, projects, initiatives etc.) to bring in additional resources and know how.

Together with the organizer we develop and realize sustainable solutions for all fields of the event- and beyond!

Services 4vita can provide for your Event:

The best way of promoting sustainability is acting sustainable. So the first step is to develop and set up in cooperation with the organizer simple, hands-on and efficient actions to reduce the impact on the environment and to proactively protect it.

ECO ACTION

Together with you as organizer we will implement some easy to realize measures to make sure to leave race site in same condition as we found it.

This could include amongs other:

Organisation and set up of waste management system
This subsumes organizing the infrastructure and the collection, sorting and disposal of waste at all event venues. We will be in contact with all relevant partners and will develop solutions with them for a clean event.

Organization of the Ecozones along the race course
Along the race course we install ecozones where athletes can dispose their waste during race. Therefor we implement standard or individual solutions according to the local requirements. We make sure that the area all along the race course is clean after the race.

4vita team
Together with the organizer we compose and guide a 4vita team during the event which takes care of supervising the cleaning up the event venues and informing all athletes, visitors and staff about the vision and mission of sustainable sport solutions.

Consulting
You will get our support on finding solutions in all fields of the event that make your event more sustainable and may even safe you money!

Apart from these standard actions other activities are developed in cooperation with partners, suppliers and initiatives for your event! To create the best possible solutions and activities for your event that enforce sustainability and cost efficiency.

4vita is about sustainability for environment and health. Therefor we establish different offers to our athletes to promote a healthy way of doing sports.

HEALTH ACTION

We want to take action on site to support the athletes in a “healthy race”. This means to prepare best possible information on the race course and rolldown and to offer high quality coaching and analysis to them in order to allow them participating in our races by ensuring best possible health solutions and information. Therfor we work with internal and external experts, local and global partners.

To achieve this we develop together with the organizer certain actions:

Advice for preparation via communication platforms (Website, Newsletter etc.) on training and nutrition

Race preparation and recommendations

Health seminars, coaching and race analysis

Consulting for event on Energy Stations and nutrition

Sustainability in an event requires the involvement of the people joining the event. Athletes, visitors, volunteers and partners- everybody can do his bit. This means we want to use the platform of sports events to raise awareness and to encourage people to engage themselves in sports and to take action: every day and everywhere! We can show people options how to lead a healthy lifestyle every day, considering the environment and their body.

Your event and its actions are presented on the 4vita website and newsletter to a worldwide community of athletes, organizers and partners committing themselves to sustainability. Furthermore we can support you in integrating the 4vita initiative in your website and newsletter and on creating according content
Displays & Promotionals
For on site presentation and communication we create different kinds of displays and promotionals that explain our activities.
4vita Team
Together we will compose a 4vita team on site that will be responsible to inform and represent the 4vita mission. This team will also take care of the main event venues to keep them need and clean. The 4vita team will be briefed and given all information and tools through us.
